California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

Foxtrot Junkyard Creations is committed to supporting ethical and responsible practices in every part of our operations. While our creations are primarily made from recycled automotive and military-grade materials sourced from scrapyards, surplus stores, and community donations, we recognize the importance of transparency in supply chains and the global effort to eliminate slavery and human trafficking.

In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657), we provide the following disclosures:

1. Verification

   • Because we rely on recycled and surplus materials rather than traditional overseas suppliers, our supply chain has a very low risk of slavery or human trafficking.

   • If we engage with any direct vendors for materials or components, we will review and evaluate their practices for compliance with applicable laws.

2. Audits

   • Audits are conducted as needed to ensure vendor compliance with anti-slavery and human trafficking standards.

3. Certification

   • We require certifications from all vendors that materials provided to us comply with all applicable laws related to slavery and human trafficking in the country or countries in which they operate.

4. Internal Accountability

   • Employees of Foxtrot Junkyard Creations are expected to uphold our values of sustainability, integrity, and ethical responsibility.

   • Any concerns regarding vendor practices must be reported immediately to company leadership.

5. Training

   • Employees and management involved in supply chain and vendor oversight receive ongoing training to ensure awareness of slavery and human trafficking risks and compliance with legal requirements.
